P-pop powerhouse SB19 continues to make history on the global stage after clinching the “Favorite Asian Act” title at the 2024 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.
The five-member group on its social media accounts thanked the A’TIN for their unwavering support.
“We just want to say that we are truly, truly grateful to be receiving this Favorite Asian Act 2024 Award. This is such a huge recognition for our group. And to everyone who voted, thank you from the bottom of our hearts,” said SB19’s leader Pablo.
“This award isn’t just for us, it’s also for A’TIN and our fans around the world. You are our inspiration and our strength,” Ken added.
Calling the honor a “huge recognition,” SB19 expressed gratitude to Nickelodeon, reflecting on how they grew up watching the Kids’ Choice Awards.
“We also want to thank, of course, Nickelodeon for this incredible honor. Growing up, we watched the Kids’ Choice Awards and now we are here,” said Justin.
The “Favorite Asian Act” category has previously honored major Asian acts such as BTS and BLACKPINK. SB19’s win adds to their growing list of international accolades as they continue to lead the P-pop movement.
Nickelodeon’s 2025 edition of the Kids’ Choice Awards is set to return this June.
