“Nation’s Girl Group” P-pop girl group BINI etched their name in history once again as they became the first Filipino act to sell out a solo concert at the Philippine Arena. Their BINIverse World Tour 2025 kickoff show, held on Feb. 15, filled the 55,000-seat venue with their devoted fanbase, known as Blooms.

BINI joined the ranks of international superstars such as Blackpink, Twice, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, and Olivia Rodrigo, who have also staged sold-out concerts at the world’s largest indoor arena. The achievement marks a significant milestone in the rise of P-pop on the global stage.

“Tell me, are you ready or not, Blooms? You don’t have to blink twice, because our BINIverse World Tour Philippine stop at the Philippine Arena is officially sold out!” the group posted on their official social media accounts and their music label, Star Music.

“Let’s get lost in the BINIverse as we all enjoy powerful performances from our walo! See you at the arena,” the group added.

The ‘Pantropiko’ singers are also awarded by Billboard Philippines as the country’s top artists of 2024

Excitement filled the air as fans arrived early at the venue, bringing the celebration beyond the stage. Supporters organized special fan projects, including shuttle buses adorned with images of the group, exclusive merchandise giveaways, free ice cream, and an aerial banner flown by a plane.

Singer-songwriter Maki added to the night’s star power as a special guest performer.

On-screen couple Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino also graced the concert, dancing to the bears of Maki’s viral and hit tracks “Dilaw,” “Saan?” and “Namumula.”

The concert also served as a platform for major announcements. The group received their 2024 MTV Europe Music Awards win for Best Asia Act on stage, along with the recognition as the No. 1 Filipino act of 2024 by Billboard Philippines. BINI surprised fans by inviting them to submit lyrics for a new song.

The group energized the audience with a dynamic setlist, opening with “Salamin Salamin,” “No Fear,” and “Feel Good.”

Midway through, they showcased an emotional R&B ballad, “Ang Huling Cha Cha,” and performed “Diyan Ka Lang,” along with all tracks from their latest EP: “Cherry On Top,” “Blink Twice,” “Zero Pressure,” “Secrets,” and “Out of My Head.”

In a surprise moment, BINI engaged the audience by performing “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi” from the upper box section of the arena.

The concert concluded with their chart-topping hits, ending on high notes with fan favorites “Na Na Na” and “Pantropiko.”

Following their historic concert at the Philippine Arena, BINI will take their world tour to international audiences, including performances in Singapore, Dubai, London, and the United States, with more stops to be announced soon.

This sold-out concert marks a pivotal moment for P-pop, showcasing its increasing influence globally. As BINI continues to push boundaries, the future of Filipino music looks brighter than ever.
