Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) is bringing j-hope’s highly anticipated Hope on the Stage concert to Manila, giving subscribers an exclusive chance to secure tickets ahead of the public sale. The concert will take place at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA) Arena on April 12 and 13, 2025.
Following stops in South Korea and North America, Manila marks j-hope’s next destination, fresh from his electrifying three-song set at Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes in Paris.
Exclusive ticket presale for Smart subscribers
Smart Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers can join an exclusive presale event on Feb. 20 at 10 a.m., offering them a better chance to score tickets before they sell out.
How to get a presale access code
Subscribers must download the Smart App via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to participate.
• Smart Prepaid subscribers can receive a presale access code by loading through the Smart App from Feb. 13 to 18.
• Smart Postpaid subscribers with Plan 599 to 2999 can redeem their access code from Feb. 14 to 18 under the “Hope on the Stage” tab.
• Smart Infinity members will automatically receive their presale access code in the app.
First-come, first-served basis
Getting a presale access code does not guarantee a ticket—it only allows participation in the Smart Presale Event on Feb. 20 at 10 a.m., which will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Steps to purchase presale tickets
1. Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
2. Search for “j-hope” and click “Find out more.”
3. Click on “Smart Presale” to be redirected to www.smtickets.com.
4. Log in, select Hope on the Stage, and click “Buy Tickets.”
5. Enter the presale access code (maximum of two tickets per transaction).
6. Choose your seats and complete the payment.
After a successful purchase, subscribers will receive an email with their ticket claim voucher or find it under My Account > My Ticket. The physical ticket must be claimed at any SM Ticket outlet before the concert date for entry.
