The popular singer of “Paraluman,” “Tahanan,” and “You’ll Be Safe Here,” Adie (Adie Garcia) takes over Shangri-La Plaza’s East Wing on Saturday, March 26, at 6:00 p.m.
The singer-songwriter initially rose to fame for his viral Youtube videos where he belts out covers of a slew of hits. In 2020, Adie was signed as an artist under O/C Records owned by Kean Cipriano and Chynna Ortaleza. His single “Paraluman” pushed his popularity even further gaining more than 3.5 million views on its first month alone, and made it to No.1 in the Viral Top 50 on Spotify.
Adie garnered four major nominations in 2021 including Breakthrough Artist and Favorite Male Artist of the Year in the 34th Awit Awards, and Wish Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Wishclusive Contemporary Folk Performance of the Year for his single “Paraluman” in the 7th Wish Music Awards.
With #LiveattheShang back and better than ever, Adie is taking the stage to serenade mall guests with his own brand of music, and repertoire of chart-topping songs.
Meanwhile, Shangri-La Plaza is also marking Earth Hour on the same day, supporting the noteworthy movement by being on partial lighting mode from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., while the mall continues its regular operations.
