Elvie Crespo, Lucky Mart Grocery’s general manager for merchandising, believes that a celebrity endorser can further boost their company’s reach in introducing their mobile app. Also, partnering with other companies that do grocery delivery is also a good option.

But Lucky Mart Grocery wanted to customize its service and ensure its people’s safety above all. While getting a celebrity endorser may be considered in the future, the brand wanted to be establish itself first for its excellent customer service before hiring someone to promote the app and the brand.

“We have a few plans for the app. But in the meantime, our main focus is to improve our services. A lot of companies have changed doing business right now so we wanted to be competitive and make this app convenient for our customers and make sure that we can maintain the price of the goods being sold in our stores,” Crespo told Manila Standard Entertainment in a virtual interview.

“Patrons can shop for groceries at the comfort of their home and get their groceries within twotow hours. That’s our guarantee,” she added.

Lucky Mart Grocery Delivery mobile app promises a wide variety of grocery items and essential goods available on its mobile app without any delay in delivery.

“Our customers needs are changing especially because of the pandemic. Our goal is to provide a delivery service that’s convenient, easy-to-use and fast to address those needs. Here at Lucky Mart, we have our own delivery riders available from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily to guarantee a two-hour delivery period.” said Crespo.

The app also brings special prizes to its users. With just a minimum purchase of P1,000, each successful purchase with a redeemed Shop and Win a PS5 coupon is already equivalent to one raffle entry.
