Beginning tomorrow night, prepare to be spellbound by love with My Fantastic Pag-ibig, a binge-worthy romance-fantasy anthology airing on GMA News TV.

The new program to hit primetime on weekend is a collection of light, funny, and feel-good love stories set in present times but infused with exciting and dynamic plots featuring the fresh tandems of Kim de Leon and Lexi Gonzales, and of Migo Adecer and Kate Valdez.

According to JM Cobarrubias, the anthology’s program manager, they’re are banking on these love teams because of their potentials as onscreen pairs.

GMA News TV banks on the new onscreen tandem of Lexi Gonzales and Kim de Leon who banner the maiden offering of the romantic anthology ‘My Fantastic Pag-ibig.’

“We already see Migo and Kate on primetime on GMA and obviously, they’ve got this perfect chemistry on screen. And that’s exactly what we wanted to show in the episodes they’re starring in. We are banking on their popularity as a pair. With Lexi and Kim, we handpicked them because they are fresh faces,” Cobarrubias told Manila Standard Entertainment in a virtual interview.

“The essence of this program is to showcase young talents of GMA Artist Center. We chose them to headline this program basically because of their fun and pleasant personalities,” the program manager added.

In its maiden offering entitled “Love Wars,” viewers will see the tandem of StarStruck 7 alumni Kim de Leon and Lexi Gonzales in a story about star-crossed lovers Pido and Lovelyn. Pido (Kim) is a modern-day cupid who believes dating apps only result in broken hearts. With their roles on the brink of extinction because of this technology, Pido is given a mission to break the cycle of finding love in the digital age by trying to sabotage the company of the dating app called “MatchMaker.”

He meets Lovelyn (Lexi) who works at MatchMaker and who is bent on making the app a success. What happens when Pido unintentionally falls in love with Lovelyn?  Will he be able to face his true feelings and win the heart of his greatest enemy?

Joining Kim and Lexi in “Love Wars,” which airs tomorrow, Jan. 30, and on Feb. 6, are Rodjun Cruz, Divine Aucina, Maey Bautista, and Mike Liwag.

Primetime pair Kate Valdez and Migo Adecer headline the second installment of GMA News TV’s Valentine offering.

Meanwhile, Migo Adecer and Kate Valdez promise to spread kilig on My Fantastic Pag-ibig’s second installment “Exchange of Hearts,” airing on Feb. 13 and 20.

Migo and Kate bring to life the story of Popoy and Celine. The couple has been in a relationship for quite some time. But it seems they are on the verge of breaking up because their personalities do not match. A photographer, Cocoy is the "stop and smell the flower" kind of guy—something Celine wishes she can easily get herself into as she is too focused on her career.

On their supposedly 4th anniversary vacation, Celine is decided to call it quits. Popoy, on the other hand, still wants to give their relationship another shot.

Something unexpected happens to Celine and Popoy when they meet a plantita who turns out to be a witch. Now the couple finds themselves trapped in an unexpected situation. Will this help them get back together or will it only drive them further apart?

Joining Migo and Kate in the episode are Maureen Larrazabal, Jordan Herrera, Kevin Sagra, and Karenina Haniel.

Apart from “Love Wars” and “Exchange of Hearts,” viewers are in for more stories that will make their Saturday nights fun and exciting.

My Fantastic Pag-ibig is from the award-winning team of GMA Public Affairs that produced true-to-life anthologies Wagas, Karelasyon, and Tadhana. Catch it every Saturday at 7:30 p.m. on GMA News TV.
