For being the first FM radio station in the country to hit one million YouTube subscribers, Wish 107.5 staged a free concert on March 18 at the Eastwood Mall Open Park.
The event, titled A Million Thanks for the One Million Subscribers, featured popular and up-and-coming stars including Jay R, Kris Lawrence, Tippy Dos Santos, Luke Mejares, Tim Pavino, Leah Patricio, 5th Gen, Jay Kent, JBK, Luky Robles, Kath Loria, JV Decena, Moses Akoh, Mica Javier, and Francis Lim.
These artists did not only impress the huge crowd with their live WISHclusive covers but also with their original materials.
“Wish helps us not only by giving us just a platform but a huge platform to share our music, our talents, our original music, our covers,” Kris, whose cover of “Versace on the Floor” holds the record of having the fastest WISHclusive video to reach one million YouTube views, shared.
Apart from the free concert, the leading FM YouTube Channel also granted the wishes of selected Wishers.
For her wish, 24-year-old Michelle Arroyo asked for a BP apparatus for her mother Rose who has hypertension. Meanwhile, the station also granted parents Regine Anne and Erwin Abaigar’s wish of giving their daughter Arabella a birthday celebration.
The station has also granted the wish of another avid fan Lovi Dela Cruz — a wedding anniversary celebration package.
Teary-eyed Arlene Diction received a wheelchair from Wish. Her sister Maricel wished on her behalf when she visited the station’s Wishing Walls in Caloocan.
Wisher Cecille Guiterrez was also surprised when the station said it would answer the medical treatment she needs for her kidney disease. The wish that she originally had, which was also granted, was giving her two daughters brand new school supplies.
Wish, through BMPI’s Vice President for Radio Gerardo Etorma III, also held a soft launch for one of its flagship project this year, WISHcovery. The amateur singing competition will be using a mobile studio to “WISHcover” hidden OPM talents.
The Wish 107.5 YouTube Channel is only one of the station’s many innovations. It is also known for the Wish 107.5 Bus, the Wish 107.5 Music Awards and for its sustained wish-granting advocacy.

The upcoming face off between Jaclyn Jose and Katrina Halili in the new series on GMA 7 called D’Originals should be interesting to watch. The two are the industry’s most competent actresses and both played Angelica Santibañez in separate versions of the Mexican telenovela Marimar.
Katrina’s post on her Instagram account in which she is seen with Jaclyn of the clip where she pointed out the animal event of her event. Jaclyn remarked, “Maganda, lush, green—kulay ahas!” while giving Katrina a pointed look. “Isang balyenang daig pa ang inagawan ng oxygen sa dagat kaya nagwawala at nagkiki-kisay”, she said. D’Original wife answered back, “Oo, balyena ako. Sinisuguro ko sa iyo, hahampasin ka ng buntot ko…sa mukha mo!”
