Bea Alonzo is happy with the fact that people have a positive reaction towards her recent admittance that she and Dominic Roque are a couple. This finally ended the public’s speculations for months as to the true status of their relationship.
When interviewed by GMA News recently, the lovely actress made it clear that she didn’t really plan to expose her relationship with the 31-year-old actor.
“It wasn’t planned at all. I don’t know but I just felt it was the right moment or maybe because I was feeling it. It was during his birthday. It was the first post that appeared on his Instagram Stories,” Bea revealed.
“He was doing his Story and obviously, he didn’t allow me to be seen because we’re not really like that. But then, I just grabbed his phone and started recording then posted it. I just thought, ‘What if I share this? This is such a precious moment!’ From there, things became continuous,” she added.
With their public admission, many are glad and tickled pink that now, they don’t need to hide anymore.
“Well, it’s nice to know that many are happy for us. Anything that would make another person’s life lighter, why no, right? Why would you not give it?” Bea stated.
The award-winning actress lists Dominic being caring as one of her best traits of her boyfriend that made her fall for him.
“Also his faithfulness. I think it helped that before we became lovers, we were friends for the longest time. As in for many, many years and I know that he’s a good person. I appreciate that he didn’t put his best foot forward. He’s just really honest which I appreciate a lot,” Bea admitted.
“He is very loving to his family as well. That’s one characteristic that strongly appeals to me. As they say, that’s one effective way that you can gauge the personality of a man—the way he treats his parents, siblings, and relatives. He’s very loving and I know it’s authentic,” ended Bea.
