Television actress Ara Mina is fortunate enough to have a good working relationship with the country’s top TV networks. For this, she is thankful.
Ara Mina started out as a Kapuso as mainstay in That’s Entertainment, then in Bubble Gang where became part of the cast for ten years. With the Kapamilya, she became part of ‘Sang Linggo nAPO Sila, then Sabado Live. Her first album was produced by ABS-CBN’s Star Records.
“So, I can’t choose between the two. I can cross over when it comes to work and I’m happy with that. I love them both because they’ve been part of my career. They’ve been instrumental why I was able to reach my current state,” she says.
At present, she appears in ABS-CBN’s Ang Probinsyano. Many wonder how it is working with Coco Martin.
“Actually, it’s just only once that we were together for a taping. Our locations are always different, but we already collaborated before in Ligaw na Bulaklak. We played siblings in said show. Comparing my experience with him then, nothing really changed. In fact, we reminisced our good old times together.”

Matteo Guidicelli recently shed light on his much-talked-about “secret wedding” to Sarah Geronimo. The Christian wedding took place at the Victory Church in The Fort, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig on the night of Feb. 20.
A few days after the controversial event, the popular Kapamilya actor took to social media to confirm their nuptial and clarify a few things. He officially referred to Sarah as “Mrs. Guidicelli.” He stated: “02 20 2020, a day full of pure love, honesty, and genuine emotions. Yes, we got married. Mr. and Mrs. Guidicelli.”
Before tying the knot, Matteo and Sarah had been in a seven-year relationship. Considering their royal status in local show business, it’s inevitable that the public expected a grand wedding celebration but surprisingly, the couple opted for a simple one.
“First and foremost, we would like to express the overwhelming joy, love and excitement we have in beginning our life together. We decided to keep everything as intimate as possible because of private matters. Each and every one of you had been part of our love journey and we want to say, Thank you. Friends, family and everyone on ‘social media’ have been a source of inspiration, strength, and most importantly, of love,” Matteo averred.
The actor also gave his side on the accusation that he allegedly punched Sarah’s bodyguard when a commotion occurred after Mommy Divine Geronimo showed up at the wedding reception which took place in a private room of the Ministry of Crab located at the Fort, BGC. According to reports, Matteo allegedly blamed the bodyguard for informing Sarah’s mom about the secret wedding. It’s public knowledge that Mommy Divine doesn’t really approve of the relationship between the two.
“That evening was almost perfect until some unexpected events took place, but don’t worry I never ‘punched’ anyone. I will forever stand up and protect my wife just as how my father would protect my whole family.”
Meanwhile, Matteo is grateful to his family for accepting Sarah into their fold.
“I would like to say thank you to my family for loving Sarah like a daughter. Our family is growing and we are blessed. Papa and Mama, thank you for deeply loving and welcoming Sarah into our family.”
Despite the controversy, Matteo is hopeful that the time will come when everything will be okay. Mommy Divine’s disapproval of their relationship was being pinpointed as one major reason why allegedly, Sarah chose not to tell her mother about their marriage which caused her anger.
“In time, with God’s grace and Love, everything will heal and fall into place. We are happy, we are blessed, and we are husband and wife! Let’s always celebrate life and love! Nothing will ever defeat pure honest love. God bless everyone for your love and support.
