K-pop boy group TOMORROW X TOGETHER, or TXT, aims to inspire the youth to stand out, take charge, and build a better tomorrow through its latest campaign with Smart Communications, Inc.
Smart released on Tuesday a video message that featured the five-piece group announcing their partnership with the telecommunications giant. TXT brought delight to Filipino MOAs, the group’s fandom, when the members uttered the tagline, “Simple, Smart ako.”
TXT will be the face of the “Build Your Own Giga” campaign that is set to launch this month. Build Your Own Giga is Smart Prepaid’s latest offer which allows subscribers to customize data plans.
TXT joins its brother group BTS, Korean superstars Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin, Park Seo Joon, and Hollywood A-lister Chris Evans, as part of Smart’s growing roster of international ambassadors.
Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai debuted as TOMORROW X TOGETHER (read as Tomorrow by Together) on March 4, 2019, under BigHit Entertainment and has been hailed as the “it boys” of K-pop’s fourth-generation for its eccentric style and music. TXT will also be having its comeback on Aug. 17 with a repackaged album titled, “Chaos Chapter: FIGHT OR ESCAPE.”
