‘Big four’ beauty queens cover Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam's anniversary issue

Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam captures the essence of Filipino beauty on its 10th anniversary cover featuring pageant queens Pia Wurtzbach, Megan Young, Angelia Ong, and Kylie Verzosa.

The beauty queens dazzle in outfits such as colorful clothing inspired in the ‘90s, sultry ensembles influenced by the theme of “temptation islands,” and men's suits. 

“We’re really excited about this. Matagal na namin itong envision, matagal na naming gustong gawin and finally we’re here and it’s happening,” Pia said during the shoot. 

Meanwhile, Angelia, who won Miss Earth in 2015, also shared her excitement for the project. 

“I’ve been waiting for this guys. Five to six years in the making so it’s finally happening and I can’t wait.”

“Did someone say, Queens? From the powerhouse of Asia, Team #Philippines,” Miss International 2016 Kylie stated in her Instagram post. 

During the shoot, Miss World 2013 Megan jokingly teased her co-beauty queens about their age then extended her appreciation for the effort exerted by the team behind the project. 

“So thankful to the whole team for putting this together. Grateful to be part of this shoot. Till the next one,” Megan said.

The feature for Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam was led by a local team including BJ Pascual, Eldzs Mejia, and Adrianne Concepcion.
