P-pop girl group BINI has been included in the 2025 Forbes “30 Under 30” Asia list.
On Thursday, Forbes Asia posted BINI on its Instagram account as one of the entries that made it to the list.
“Short for ‘binibini’—or young woman in Tagalog—[BINI] is the brainchild of Philippine media company ABS-CBN, which, inspired by the global popularity of South Korean girl groups, selected members Aiah, Colet, Gwen, Jhoanna, Maloi, Mikha, Sheena, and Stacey in 2019 from 250 aspirants following a nationwide talent search,” the caption said.
BINI is among 300 young trailblazers selected from over 4,500 nominees across Asia-Pacific, including Australia, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, and India.
Now on its 14th year, Forbes’ “30 Under 30 Asia” list honors young innovators and leaders across a variety of industries, from entertainment and sports to technology and social impact.
BINI is featured in the entertainment and sports category, alongside other standouts such as Seoul-based startup founder Jin Kim of LinqAlpha, Kazuki Yumiba of Japan’s AI quality control firm Hutzper, and Indian sisters Raena and Rahee Ambani of the athleisure brand Terractive.
Since their debut in 2021, the group has steadily gained recognition, earning them the moniker “Nation’s Girl Group.”
The Forbes recognition concludes a series of recent accomplishments for the group, including sold-out concerts, viral hits like “Pantropiko,” and international fan engagements.
First launched in 2011, the Forbes “30 Under 30” franchise has become a benchmark for identifying young leaders reshaping industries.
