In line with its current 8th anniversary celebration, The Icon Clinic officially welcomes Aiko Melendez and Vina Morales as two of its newest brand ambassadors.
The Icon Clinic was established in 2011 by board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Yapjuangco, or Doc Yappy to the mainstream public and to his countless loyal patients, and wife Vina Yapjuangco who is currently functioning as COO of the company.
Doc Yappy and Vina envisioned a medical center that offers topnotch and world class plastic surgery procedures and dermatological services that will allow every Filipino to improve their lifestyle with boosted confidence and vigor.
Through the years, Doc Yappy gradually became a household name because of his innovative and unparalleled skills in rhinoplasty, which is more commonly known in layman’s terms as “nose surgery,” which combines his formal training as a plastic surgeon and his artistic eye for detail and superior aesthetics.
The Icon Clinic has then expanded into dermatological services which offers non-invasive treatments both for the face and body with their top-of-the-line machines and procedures which include Venus Legacy for body sculpting, Hydrafacial which is a machine that invigorates and freshens the skin almost instantly, and skin smoothening procedures such as RevLight and Fraxel among many other amazing body skincare services.
In 2017, The Icon Clinic broke social media records because of the miraculous transformation of online personality Marlou Arizala to Xander Ford which aired on Korina Sanchez-Roxas’ Sunday magazine show Rated K on ABS-CBN. The grand reveal of Xander, who underwent rhinoplasty, jaw augmentation, and Fraxel and Revlight treatments, on Rated K still holds the record of the highest and most phenomenal ratings for the program in recent times which resulted to Xander and The Icon Clinic as the most Googled subjects in 2017.
To mark the 8th anniversary of the medical center, The Icon Clinic recently transferred to a bigger and more fabulous headquarters in Greenhills, San Juan. The medical facility now houses state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to give its patients topnotch treatments and procedures that are of global standards.
The clinic also partnered with Biko Melendez and Vina Morales who are both considered two of the most iconic faces known for their classic movie star beauties in the history of the Philippine entertainment industry.
Aiko and Vina are initially supporting The Icon Clinic’s dermatology center for their skincare as headed by one of the clinic’s medical consultants Dr. Aileen Dela Rosa.
The Icon Clinic will continue to expand in the months to come as the center will soon launch more innovative and cutting edge services not only in plastic surgery but in dermatology as well.
