Loveless but not lonely

Loveless but not lonelyHappiness is something that Bela Padilla doesn’t consider lacking or missing in her life at the moment. Even though she’s loveless at present, the 28-year-old actress admits it doesn’t mean that she’s lonely.

In spite of her current personal state, the witty actress feels content with how she’s doing.

Content with her current status, Bela Padilla is not looking for love.

“I like it the way it is. I think I already came to a point when I don’t really look or ask myself if I should be getting out more. I don’t think of love as a lacking factor or aspect in my life. I feel there’s nothing missing because I’m happy at this point,” Bela avers.

She also adds that she’s not dating and she’s already okay with the fact that she gets to enjoy the things she wanted to do.

“I just do activities that please me like if I want to work-out today, I will. It’s all light, no pressure whatsoever.”

While some quarters think that men get intimidated by her, Bela dismisses it and says that if it does happen, it’s not her fault if they feel that way towards her.

“I’ve never heard from anyone that I’m intimidating. Everyone says I’m friendly and easy to deal with. Perhaps, I just haven’t met my perfect match yet,” she muses.

Asked about her previous involvement with film producer Neil Arce who will soon tie the knots with Angel Locsin, Bela says: “We’ve been together for four years. We separated in early 2017. One factor why we broke up was that I chose my career over our relationship. Maybe, we’re not really meant for each other. But as of now, we’re fine. In fact, I’m so happy with the recent development on his love life. I wish him and Angel all the best in their engagement!”

How about Zanjoe Marudo? It can be remembered that at one point, she was romantically linked to the hunky actor when they got to work together in the ABS-CBN soap opera, My Dear Heart.

“Admittedly, it had a potential to bloom only, it didn’t fully materialize. During those times, Zanjoe and I had ‘something special’ at the initial stage but sadly, it never deepened. Whatever should have happened simply didn’t. One more thing, I remember that Zanjoe revealed that he wasn’t ready yet to enter a relationship then,” ends Bela.

Dennis Trillo is happy that he was able to do a project for Star Cinema, the horror vehicle titled Hell Come Home, which is the outfit’s Halloween presentation.

It can be remembered that in 2015, he did a movie You’re Still the One opposite Maja Salvador under the production company in collaboration with Regal Entertainment, Inc.

“I’m glad that it’s another wonderful experience,” he states. “The mere thought that I’d be working with Star Cinema is already an assurance that it’s a quality film. Apart from that, it’s exciting to work with artists whom I don’t get to work with often. That’s why I’m always excited to do a project with them.”

The Kapuso has only good words for Bobby Bonifacio, Jr., the film’s director.

“It’s my first time to work with him and it went smoothly. I didn’t encounter any problem at all. He’s a visionary and I like that. As early as our maiden meeting, he discussed the story with me. Our direction was clear even from the start. The actors understood the demands of their roles.”

The award-winning star is also all praises to his co-actors in the project.

“That’s right! I’m with Beauty Gonzalez, Alyssa Muhlach and Raymond Bagatsing in this movie. They’re all very competent. All of us did our best so I hope viewers will patronize our Halloween offering,” says Dennis.
