Miss Universe Philippines 2018 Catriona Gray posed for the cameras at Novotel Manila at the Araneta Center in Quezon City when she was launched as the first celebrity editor of ABS-CBN Lifestyle.
In a quick interview with MS Entertainment, the 24-year-old beauty said that her new task is part of her preparation for the upcoming Miss Universe. The content she’d do for the website will allow her to connect with her fans and give them an exclusive peek into the life of “an ordinary girl who’s living an extraordinary life after taking home the coveted crown in Binibining Pilipinas.”
“I enjoy breaking down my character and opening up myself in a way to relate to the general audience. Most people think that beauty queens are not relatable and that we don’t go through the same challenges that they do. I’m an ordinary person before I became a beauty queen. That’s the message that I wanted to send across.”
