There have been speculations about Pop Queen Sarah Geronimo moving to Kapuso Network.

According to reports, GMA has acquired the television rights to the popular singing tilt for kids The Voice Kids Philippines, which originally aired on the Kapamilya from 2014 to 2019 although the former has yet to make an official announcement about it.

It is public knowledge that Sarah was one of the major coaches in the said program. Due to this, speculations began to spread that she will join the show’s new installment over at the Kapuso network which if remembered, became her home when she was a guest performer in the defunct Sunday musical-variety show SOP in 2003.

Sarah Geronimo is rumored to transfer to GMA following the network’s acquisition of the television rights of ‘The Voice Kids Philippines’

However, someone close to the singer-actress’s camp clarified that there’s no truth to the rumor as Sarah will still stay with ABS-CBN. In fact, she is scheduled to appear again in ASAP Natin ‘To this coming July. It would not be regular participation though since Sarah currently enjoys her role as homemaker and is busy preparing materials for her new album.

Kim Chiu and Xian Lim will reunite on the silver screen via the Viva Films project titled Always. This is a welcome development for their fans who last saw them together in the Metro Manila Film Festival entry All You Need is Pag-ibig way back in 2015.

The lock-in shooting for the new potboiler started last week under the helm of Dado Lumibao.

In his social media post, Xian expressed his excitement by saying, “I missed sharing the big screen with you!” with reference to his beloved girlfriend. It was learned that the name of Kim’s character in the film is Anna while Xian’s is Lino.

Some of the stars who are reportedly part of the cast are Yayo Aguila, Joko Diaz, Gab Lagman, Ivan Padilla, Vincent Soberano, Carlene Aguilar, Ali Khatibi, and Lander Vera-Perez.

According to reliable sources, everything’s fine now between Nora Aunor and Lotlot de Leon, which is a positive development.

Everybody knows that the original Superstar and her eldest child have a misunderstanding for quite some time now.

In the recent awarding of the year’s National Artists where Ate Guy is one of the honorees, she wasn’t able to attend the rites and instead, was represented by children Ian, Matet, Kiko, and Kenneth. It was learned that the veteran acting stalwart is sick and her doctor didn’t allow her to grace the prestigious ceremonies.

The sources confirmed that it was Lotlot who was personally taking care of her mom, the reason why she didn’t join her siblings in accepting the award at the Malacañang Palace.

Isn’t this happy news?

Anyway, many are hoping that the Superstar will get better in time for the scheduled tribute to the year’s National Artists to be held at the Cultural Center of the Philippines tomorrow, June 29. As originally planned, she was to render the special message on behalf of the eight awardees on said occasion.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed…
