The familiar glow of the holiday season returned to Greenfield District as families, friends, and longtime community members gathered for the 2025 edition of “Christmas for Generations,” the district’s cherished annual tree-lighting tradition that continues to grow more spirited each year.
The celebration transformed Greenfield District Central Park into a festive haven, illuminated by live music, a Santa Claus meet-and-greet, and a bustling night market. With its wide-open spaces and lush surroundings, the district offered a warm and inviting backdrop for an evening built around connection and shared joy.

Known for its blend of greenery and urban accessibility, Greenfield District has established itself as a wellness-oriented lifestyle center in the heart of Mandaluyong. Its open-air design and landscaped spaces offer residents and visitors a place to slow down, gather, and participate in activities that foster a balanced city life.
“At Greenfield District, wellness isn’t limited to health, it’s about nurturing connections and creating spaces that inspire better living,” said Atty. Duane A.X. Santos, president and general manager of Greenfield Development Corporation (GDC).
“Christmas for Generations reflects that same purpose, celebrating joy, belonging, and the enduring spirit of community that defines Greenfield all year long.”
Situated at the corner of EDSA and Shaw Boulevard, Greenfield District has built a reputation as a quick escape within the metropolis. Throughout the year, its Central Park plays host to weekend markets, outdoor performances, fitness gatherings, and family-friendly community events—moments that bring people closer not only to nature but also to one another.

During the holiday season, this spirit of togetherness is amplified. “Christmas for Generations” once again filled the park with light, music, and memory-making moments, reinforcing the district’s role as a central hub for meaningful celebrations shared across ages.
As the Christmas season unfolds, Greenfield District invites the public to experience its festive charm—a place designed for connection, community, and the simple joy of being together.
