The Philippine International Furniture Show (PIFS) and Interior & Design Manila (IDM) are set to co-locate from March 6-8, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, showcasing the best of Filipino design to the world. PIFS 2025 proudly presents its theme, “Philippines: An Archipelago of Design,” while IDM features “Neue Waves.”
Attendees can anticipate a stunning display of premium furniture, lighting, and home décor, highlighting the rich cultural heritage and artistic innovation of Filipino craftsmanship. The event will feature hundreds of bespoke pieces, demonstrating the intricate details and blending of traditional and modern aesthetics that define Philippine design.
“By showcasing the exceptional talents of our local interior designers, furniture makers, and craftsmen, we celebrate and acknowledge the significant contributions made in the industrial design sector. Indeed, their creations are a testament to their relentless pursuit of merging functionality and beauty in an ever-evolving global landscape,” stated the President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in a dedicated message.

This event aims to position the Philippines as the “Milan of Asia,” attracting international buyers and solidifying the country’s presence in the global design market. The focus will be on unique, high-quality offerings, emphasizing sustainable materials and innovative techniques from across the archipelago.
The event will offer a dynamic platform for emerging and established designers, with activations including an art installation by Leeroy New and a pavilion designed by Anton Mendoza. The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines and the MICE Industry Forum will also host an insightful seminar.
Highlights include the Designer Awards, a Design Talk on diversity in Filipino craftsmanship and regional designs, and the “MVMT” Design Competition, inspired by the Movement 8 collective.
