Prospective homebuyers of Arthaland’s Sevina Park Villas were pleasantly surprised to discover that it would be kids acting as sales agents who would give them a tour of the model units of the Sevina Park Villas and then take them around the Philippines’ most sustainable master-planned community of Sevina Park in Biñan, Laguna.
This All-Children Open House at Sevina Park is the first initiative of its kind in the local property industry and is meant to highlight how Sevina Park, the first and only community in Southeast Asia to achieve Platinum certification for both LEED for neighborhood development and is the very first to receive the BERDE Districts 5-Star rating, is the most idyllic place to raise a family.
Sevina Park is a sustainable, close-knit neighborhood of eco-friendly properties promoting a sustainable way of living. One such development is the Sevina Park Villas, which feature two-,three- or four-bedroom limited-edition designer villas by renowned architectural practice Leandro V. Locsin and Partners.
During the tour, the kids explained that all Villas are equipped with efficient building envelope and insulation, low-emissivity glass windows, efficient lighting, energy and water fixtures, Wi-Fi enabled, and home automation ready.
The four-bedroom villa have additional sustainable features such as a solar energy system and an energy recovery ventilator to exchange stale, polluted indoor air with fresh, clean outdoor air throughout your home without wasting energy.
The kids did their best to try and convince the prospective homebuyers to choose Sevina Park Villas because it would make for a wonderful home for kids and adults alike.
The Sevina Park community also has much to offer to make one’s childhood very memorable.
Master-planned with over 60 percent green and open spaces, there are plenty of places to run, bike, and play. They can choose to dip in the pool, which provides a fun and refreshing way for kids to stay active and cool down, especially during hot days, or they could spend hours in the playground with family and friends, and learn to interact and build friendships.
There are also many good schools nearby so they don’t need to endure long hours on the road to receive quality education.
“Based on the feedback from our clients, the campaign was a success as they were able to view our development from a different and more refreshing perspective. Seeing Sevina Park and Sevina Park Villas from a child’s point of view made them better appreciate what this sustainable community has to offer,” said Oliver L. Chan, senior vice president and chief sustainability officer of Arthaland.
The turnover of units in Sevina Park Villas is ongoing, and the development is scheduled for completion within the year.
