Filipino developer New San Jose Home Builders (NSJB) is seeking to come up with more projects that would provide a venue for Filipino craftsmen to preserve the character of homes that reflect the Philippines’ depth and culture. NSJB’s business development officer Jam Acuzar said the company’s support for the youth and the arts, will continue, including pump-priming activities of the the Bellas Artes Projectsm, which it founded in 2013, to hone the talents of young Filipino artists, and provide a home for up-and-coming ones. NSJB built Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bagac, Bataan, a community with more than 30 heritage homes, in-house artisans, and distinctly Filipino elements. It also built the gargantuan Philippine Arena in Bulacan. On the commercial front, NSJB’s condominium developments can be found all over Metro Manila, in bustling Quezon City, powerhouse districts like Makati and Bonifacio Global City (BGC), and in emerging residential districts such as Valenzuela and Rizal.
