BPI makes safe, secure payments more rewarding

As more people embrace contactless payment options amid the ongoing pandemic, BPI has launched a new rewards promo for customers who regularly use their BPI Mastercard Credit Card for their shopping needs.

“We are happy to give our customers a safe and secure way to pay for their online and in-store purchases. To make using their BPI Mastercard Credit Card even more rewarding, we’re giving them a chance to earn up to P6,000 in free e-Gift Certificates (eGCs) that they can use for their essentials,” said Jenny Lacerna, BPI Head of Unsecured Lending and Cards – Product and Sales.

The “Your Essentials are On Us” promo allows qualified BPI Mastercard Credit Cardholders to earn eGCs based on their accumulated spend from May 17 until August 16, 2021.

Qualified cardholders will receive a unique promo code in their registered mobile number or email address which they can enter in the registration portal https://bpimc.gift/register

Once they are successfully registered, all online and in-store purchases using their BPI Mastercard Credit Card will be accumulated throughout the promo period.

To monitor their spend progress, cardholders can easily view their accumulated purchases via the eGC Hub https://bpimc.gift/login

“Customers can easily meet the minimum accumulated spend requirement because both straight and installment payments are qualified for the promo. This means that if you buy a P50,000 laptop for your child’s online schooling needs and pay it in SIP, you automatically qualify for a P1,000 eGC. By using your card for other regular expenses such as utilities and groceries, you can reach the spend requirement for bigger eGC values,” Lacerna said.

International purchases in foreign currencies are also qualified for the promo.

Once the target accumulated spend has been reached, cardholders can instantly redeem their eGCs through the eGC Hub. They can choose from Ayala Malls, Grab, Lazada, Puregold, SM Gift Pass for The SM Store, Shopee, ZALORA, and more.

Visit www.bpi.com.ph for more information about the “Your Essentials are On Us” promo.
