As they say, “there’s always room for dessert,” and so this month of May, join us as TLC celebrates Bakelicious, featuring four programs that focus on the delicious art of baking.

You can start small with some no-bake desserts below which you can do with the whole family, requiring only standard kitchen appliances and a maximum of five easy-to-access local ingredients.

1. Refrigerator Cakes

Refrigerator cakes are one of the easiest desserts to make. For as long as you have the three basic ingredients: all-purpose cream, condensed milk, and graham crackers. Refrigerator cakes are basically just made up of your mixture of all-purpose crème and condensed milk in between layers of graham, topped with whatever pleases you, from cookies to fresh fruits. Put it in the refrigerator until it is chilled or firm, and it is ready to be served.
