We are writing on behalf of Holcim Philippines, Inc. whose name was mistakenly mentioned in a news story titled “Firms in wall accident closed” written by Jess Malabanan and Josephine Marianne Querubin that appeared in the Manila Standard Today’s January 22, 2015 issue.
The report identified a certain “Holcim Co Construction” as one of two companies being named as involved in a recent construction accident in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
We checked with the Department of Labor and Employment for a company with a name similar to ours and found out that the said firm’s name is actually “Hoclim Co Construction”.
