Navarro is a person deprived of liberty (PDL) at the Taguig City Jail Male Dormitory in Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig. He transferred there on November 21 from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Detention Center in Manila, which served as his detention facility since September 20.

The 45-year-old star faces a rape case filed by model Deniece Cornejo. The incident allegedly occurred on January 17, 2014, inside her condominium unit in Taguig.

The Taguig RTC Branch 69, which handles the rape case, finished the hearings for Navarro’s bail petition last November 10 and has now just issued the ruling. The court issued a non-bailable warrant of arrest for rape against the actor-TV host on September 19.
