Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation-Cybercrime Division have arrested a teenaged information technology savvy and “bug hunter” in Taytay, Rizal last Tueday morning for online voyuerism and robbery.
Director Dante Gierran identified the suspect as Christian Gil D. Guaves, 18 years old, alias Kael Bustamante, and a Grade 12 student who works as part-time bug hunter in the internet.
The case stemmed from a complaint from a female victim who alleged that she received messages through Facebook Messenger containing her nude photos and videos.
She said the Facebook account that sent her those photos was using the name Kael Sato.
The victim was threatened that if she won’t pay P10,000.00, her nude photos and videos will be uploaded in the Internet.
