At least five (5) persons are killed in a road accident in Taytay, Rizal.
This happened as a 10-wheeler trailer truck plowed through about eight tricycles and a row of stalls along Dolores Road on Saturday morning.
A two-year child is reportedly among the fatalities.
At least 17 other persons are injured.
The wounded victims have been brought to the nearest hospital.

A CCTV footage caught the mishap.
It showed that the truck driver tried to avoid colliding with two tricycles along the road.
The truck veered off the road and slammed into a tree before crashing through one of the tricycles and some stalls.
