Operatives of the Police Regional Office (PRO 3) arrested a Chinese national and two other Most Wanted Persons in separate manhunt operations in Pampanga and Nueva Ecija.
PRO 3 Regional Director Police Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon identified the suspects as Yanlong Xu, 36 years old and a resident of Mexico, Pampanga; Elmer Jacinto, 43, a resident of Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija; and Ronnie Bolisay, 50, a resident of Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
Based on police records, the three belong to the Most Wanted List in Central Luzon.
It was learned that Xu was a contractor of the Nanzhu Construction Company and is facing four charges of acts of lasciviousness. Police records show that Xu’s victim was his 33-year-old former coworker.
Xu was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, with bail amounting to P36,000 per case.
Meanwhile, in separate operations in Nueva Ecija, Jacinto and Bolisay was arrested.
Jacinto is facing a rape charge with no bail recommendation, while Bolisay has a robbery case with bail amounting to P24,000.
It was also learned that Bolisay went into hiding for eight years before he was arrested.
“Once again I commend the PNP-PRO3 men and women for another successful manhunt operation to bring MWP’s to the fold of justice and answer for their crimes,” De Leon said.
The arrest of most wanted persons is also anchored on the Intensified Cleanliness Policy (ICP) of PNP chief Police General Guillermo Eleazar, he added.
