Anya Resort Tagaytay, one of South Luzon’s most exclusive resort hotels, has reopened to staycationers after Cavite returned to a General Community Quarantine along with the rest of the areas in the so-called NCR Plus Bubble.

To ensure the safety of both guests and its associates amid the coronavirus pandemic, the resort redefined customer experience through its “Your Safe Sanctuary” protocols, said Mikel Arriet, Anya Resort general manager.

“The project reviewed the resort’s operations and structured lines of action to respond to the needs of the guests in the new social reality prompted by the pandemic,” Arriet said.

A member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), Anya Resort Tagaytay reopened on Monday for guests seeking absolute privacy with its secluded villas and tranquil surroundings.

The resort elevates the essentials, with focus on a safe stay, exceptional personal service, great food, and vibrant spaces for guests.

“An encapsulating experience is thoughtfully crafted through a designated ‘Anya Experience Assistant’ that asks about guests’ preference and requests before arrival up until departure,” Arriet said.

The resort assures stern implementation of health and safety protocols from the arrival through the rooms and restaurants, heightened sanitation and disinfection, and a contactless communication service called “Ask Anya.”

This service is for food and beverage orders, restaurant reservations, turn-down amenity, and fitness center appointment, as the resort covers all aspects to guarantee maximum security for guests and associates, the GM added.

Anya Resort Tagaytay was granted a Staycation Certificate by the Department of Tourism (DOT) to accept guests between 18 to 65 years of age for leisure purposes.

After months of restrained demand for travel, the resort empowers guests to uplift their well-being and live their best self by making moments to focus on one’s mind, body, and soul, Arriet said.

“Whether to energize, refresh, recuperate, indulge, or simply sit around, Anya Resort’s safety measures, spacious suite accommodations, and premium amenities create Tagaytay’s safe sanctuary,” he said.

Its alluring and comfortable suites that evoke the feeling of an exquisite Filipino abode provide an idyllic escape from frantic city life, Arriet said.

Each room is carefully appointed with details of fresh and modern designs, plush amenities, cushy pillows and beddings, and a balcony or terrace with sweeping views of lush scenery. “Truly, Anya is the perfect place travelers are looking for to relax, reconnect, and rejuvenate,” he said.
