P1.3M shabu seized in Taguig

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has seized P1.36 million worth of suspected shabu in a buy bust operation in Taguig City.

Director general Wilkins Villanueva identified the suspects as Allan Manuel Mendoza, 33, and Vyron Sebastian Flores, 37, both Grab drivers, along with Edwin Cruz Pascual, 37, a sales marketing agent.

The suspects were all residents of Nueva Ecija.

The PDEA-Special Enforcement Service arrested the suspects in an entrapment operation in a parking lot of a popular fast-food chain along C5 Road in front of Centennial Village, Taguig City on June 17.

The suspects yielded three plastic sachets of shabu, weighing more or less 200 grams and assorted drug paraphernalia.
