President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has yet to publicly act on at least 35 courtesy resignations offered by Cabinet secretaries and government agency heads.
This figure excludes Civil Service Commission Chairperson Marilyn Yap, who was initially reported by the media to have resigned from her post but has since released an official statement denying the news.
These government officials who have filed or expressed intent to send courtesy resignations include the following:

Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin earlier said around 52 government officials have submitted their courtesy resignations to the President.
Of these, Mr. Marcos decided to retain his economic team consisting of Trade Secretary Maria Cristina Aldeguer-Roque, Finance Secretary Ralph Recto, Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman, and Special Assistant to the President for Investment and Economic Affairs Frederick Go.
Bersamin said he will also retain his post as Executive Secretary.
Meanwhile, Energy Secretary Raphael Lotilla will be the new secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), replacing Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga. Energy Undersecretary Sharon Garin will serve as the department’s officer in charge.
Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo will replace Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the UN Antonio Lagdameo. In turn, Manalo will be replaced by Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Ma. Theresa Lazaro.
Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jerry Acuzar will likewise be the Presidential Adviser for Pasig River Development. Former DHSUD undersecretary Jose Ramon Aliling will also replace Acuzar.
Malacañang through Palace Press Officer Claire Castro likewise said the public can expect the President to make a swift decision on his plan to shakeup his Cabinet.
