Cebu Pacific has launched a new initiative, “Juan Flight Closer to Home,” aimed at bringing back overseas Filipino engineers to pursue careers in aviation with the airline. The program seeks to strengthen CEB’s Engineering and Fleet Management team with globally trained Filipino talent.
Even before the official rollout, more than ten engineers have returned under the initiative, supporting the airline’s growing operations. “This is about offering skilled professionals a reason to return and build meaningful futures in the Philippines,” said CEB Chief Human Resources Officer Felix Lopez.
To ease the transition, the airline offers a relocation package that includes a free flight to Manila, baggage allowance, one-time relocation assistance, travel benefits for dependents, and healthcare coverage starting from day one of employment.
CEB is currently hiring for positions in avionics, airframe systems, aircraft structures, and engineering planning—roles critical to maintaining the safety and performance of its expanding fleet.
The program underscores Cebu Pacific’s long-standing mission of creating purpose-driven opportunities for Filipinos at home and abroad.
