Members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested four suspects accused of various crimes in separate operations in Laguna.
Laguna Police Acting Provincial Director PCol Rogarth Campo identified the suspects as Jose Pimentel, male, 37-years-old, married, jobless, resident of Brgy. Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna; Robin Volfango, male, 51-years-old, married, seaman, resident of Brgy. Lamesa, Calamba City, Laguna (Rank No 7 City Level); Tychicus Nambio, 45 years old, male, single, resident of Brgy. Pacita Complex 1, San Pedro City, Laguna; and Jofer Fernandez 38-years-old, married, company coordinator, resident of Brgy.Pooc, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna,

In a separate operation, Volfango was arrested in violation of RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
Nambio was arrested for syndicated estafa on December 28 at Brgy. Poblacion, San Pedro City, Laguna. Sta. Rosa police arrested Fernandez for violating RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004. The suspects are now in the temporary custody of the respective police stations.
