It is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow morning.

Tropical storm signal number 1 is still up in Palawan.

Weather forecasters say, landslides and flooding can still occur.

Meanwhile, the tropical depression PAGASA has been monitoring outside PAR, has become a Low Pressure Area (LPA).

As a result, forecasters say, this weather system does not pose any threat at this time.

The rains being experienced in Metro Manila and nearby provinces are attributed to trade winds or 'amihan' enhanced by Urduja.
