Supreme Court (SC) Clerk of Court Felipa Anama is keeping her silence on the result of the raffle of cases in the high tribunal.

During today's impeachment hearing at the House of Representatives on SC Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, Anama said the question is about an administrative matter which she cannot discuss.

She cited the internal rules of the SC as the basis.

Lawmakers were asking who among the SC Associate Justices bagged the case pertaining to the appeal of Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre.

Aguirre was asking for the transfer of Marawi cases from Mindanao courts to Taguig City.

In her previous verified answer, Sereno had said the case went to her sala.

The lawmakers took turns trying to convince Anama to disclose the result of the raffle she conducted but she refused to talk.

House Justice Committee Chairman Reynaldo Umali found Anama uncooperative.

He urged the SC official to help the panel gather facts.

He said he did not want to use any strong action against Anama.
