Party-lister may join Palace men

Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella on Thursday evaded questions over reports that he’s on his way out of the Cabinet.

Abella remained his usual self as he merely laughed off questions by Palace reporters if he will be staying in his post.

“There’s nothing official,” he said.

A Palace source confirmed that Duterte will be meeting with Kabayan Party-list Rep. Harry Roque at Davao City this weekend.

Roque was being considered for the post of presidential spokesperson who was a pastor in Davao before entering the government.

Roque,  a party-list representative and human rights lawyer, is reportedly seeking a senatorial bid in 2019.
