Veteran broadcaster Joe Taruc has passed away.
The highly respected pillar of the broadcast industry died at 3 am on Saturday.
He was 70 years old.
Taruc was vice president of radio station DZRH.
His programs include 'Damdaming Bayan' and 'Pangunahing Balita.'
