Two (2) Low Pressure Areas (LPAs) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) are affecting the weather system in the country.
PAGASA says, the LPAs are embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
The first LPA has been located 520 kilometers north northeast of Surigao City in Surigao del Norte.
The second LPA is located 215 kilometers east northeast of Infanta, Quezon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon and evening.
Light to moderate winds from southwest to southeast will prevail over Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija.
