Paraffin test conducted on the remains of late Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo "Aldong" Parojinog Sr. yielded a positive result.
This was relayed by Philippine National Police (PNP) Spokesperson Sr. Supt. Dionardo Carlos.
He also said tests on 8 of the 15 persons killed during the raid in the homes of the Parojinogs last Sunday had the same positive outcomes.
Paraffin test is a procedure in which a hand of a person suspected of firing a gun is subjected to chemical analysis.
This is to determine the presence of powder residues.
The mayor was in President Rodrigo Duterte's list of drug personalities.
