The Bureau of Customs has raided two warehouses of cigarette company Mighty Corporation in Bulacan on Friday morning.
The operation led to the seizure of about 160,000 cigarette packs allegedly bearing fake tax stamps.
The confiscated items are reportedly worth about P 3 billion.
Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon joined the raid in Barangay Matimbubong, San Ildefonso town.
He was accompanied by the BOC inspection team.

Last Wednesday, the Bureau of Internal Revenue filed a P 9.5-billion tax evasion case against Mighty Corporation.
The complaint was submitted to the Department of Justice.
