A multiple-vehicle collision has just happened along the southbound lane of Ortigas Flyover in Pasig City.
Initial reports say, the mishap involves at least seventeen (17) vehicles.
Three of the vehicles are trucks, some are vans, a taxi and at least two motorcycles.
Several vehicles were heavily damaged.
The taxi is a total wreck.
This incident that took place at past 10 am has resulted in a traffic congestion along the southbound and northbound lanes of Ortigas Flyover.
Emma Luistro of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Metrobase reports, the mishap occured after the driver of a vehicle at the northbound lane lost control and ended up at the southbound lane.
One passenger is said to have been pinned inside one of the vehicles.
Two persons have been rushed to a hospital.
At least five persons were wounded.
