Violinist John Lesaca has filed a formal complaint against an Uber driver who allegedly subjected his wife and daughter to maltreatment.
Lesaca’s wife and daughter both have cancer and they boarded the taxi cab going to the hospital for treatment.
The Uber driver reportedly told the two passengers to walk the rest of the way to the hospital so she could already go home.
Lesaca’s family members were forced to walk in the rain.
The musician identified the driver as Anie Agbayani.

He filed cases of rude behavior and reckless driving against Agbayani at the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB).
The board has set a hearing on Lesaca’s charges at 9 am on July 18, 2017.
