Bustamante echoed the mayor’s pronouncement that by July 1, the anti-drug campaign including crimes will be strictly carried out  in the city of Caloocan.

Bustamante  said that Morales was arrested when she tried to bribe a policeman at PCP1 as she  was trying to  facilitate  the release of Marcos at PCP1 last Friday around   11 a.m.

Marcos was detained for alleged possession of illegal drugs  (shabu).

Morales allegedly handed a P15,000 cash to SP01 Samuel dela Cruz who arrested her instead.
