Two Russian navy vessels are currently docked at the Manila South Harbor.
Anti-submarine ‘Admiral Tributs’ and sea tanker ‘Boris Butoma’ are here for a goodwill visit.
The two warships will stay for 5 days.
Their activities include a maritime exercise with the Philippine Navy.
Their presence in the country is in line with President Duterte’s goal to forge stronger ties with Russia.
