NDRRMC verifies report “Nina” killed at least 10

National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) puts the number of fatality in the aftermath of typhoon “Nina” at one.

In a press briefing on Wednesday morning, NDRRMC Spokesperson Mina Marasigan says, as of now, they have one confirmed fatality in Mulanay, Quezon.

She, however, notes, they are still verifying reports of 10 deaths in various provinces.

The NDRRMC’s figure for the number of missing persons stands at four.

Citing the report from the Department of Health, Marasigan says, 79 persons were injured during the typhoon.
