Filipino model and teacher Kylie Verzosa wins the Miss International crown.
The 24-year-old lady from Baguio City won in the beauty pageant held at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Japan.
“I can’t believe it. Ang dami kong pinagdaanan para makapaghanda para dito (I went through so much to prepare for this),” she said in an interview after the coronation event.
Verzosa is the sixth Filipina to win the title of Miss International.
