One of National Democratic Front leaders (NDF) Rafael Baylosis underwent arraignment at Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC).

The court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf as he has a pending plea at the Court of Appeals.

Baylosis faces murder charges for a massacre in Inopacan, Leyte in 1985.

He was also allowed to post bail worth P 150,000.

The grant of bail will enable Baylosis to attend and serve as NDF consultant in the peace negotiations between government and the CPP/NPA/NDF in Oslo, Norway later this month.
