Garbo allegedly part of drug triad headed by NBP convicts

Solicitor General Jose Calida reveals Retired Police General Marcelo Garbo is reportedly part of a drug triad.

He says the two other members of the triad are Peter Co and Herbert Colangco.

Co and Colangco are both high-profile convicts at the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City.

Calida says his statements are based on information from President Duterte.

He adds Garbo is at supposedly at level 5 which is said to be a very high position in the drug syndicate.

Four of the 5 police generals linked by President Duterte to drug trade are reportedly occupying lower levels in the drug ring.
