As early as 3:00 a.m., members of these sectors started lining up in their respective precints to cast their votes.

Basak Elementary School in Lapu-Lapu City has begun accommodating early morning voters from the vulnerable sector.

Meanwhile, Talisay City Central Elementary School, Guadalupe Elementary School in Cebu City, and Mandaue City Central School, are among those who have prepared to accommodate early voters.

In Mandaue City Central School, senior citizens who had difficulty walking did not let their ailment stop them from voting.

At Lambakin Elementary School in Marilao, Bulacan, volunteers from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) help some voters look for their designated polling precincts.

In other areas, some senior citizens complained about changes in their precinct numbers on Election Day, which caused confusion and delayed the process of casting their votes.

Electoral boards also started preparing election paraphernalia in their voting centers. Tight security measures are also implemented in the area.

A police assistance desk has been set up inside the school and officers patrolling the area.

Cebu has a total number of 2,172,170 voters while Bulacan has 2,173,026 voters.
