The Duterte Youth party list surged to the top of the latest 2025 Pre-Election Party-List Preferential Survey conducted by Tangere at 8 percent, following the arrest of former president Rodrigo Duterte by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The survey revealed the party list experienced a 3-percent increase in voter preference, largely driven by support from young voters aged 18 to 30 in Visayas and Mindanao.
Trailing behind Duterte Youth are four party lists projected to secure two congressional seats each as per the Party-List System Act, namely 4Ps, ACT-CIS, Tingog, and Ako Bicol.
Meanwhile, 40 other party lists are expected to secure at least one seat, including both incumbent groups and emerging political contenders.
Aside from Duterte Youth, the survey also saw other party lists gaining traction in the recent survey.
FPJ Panday Bayanihan, led by Brian Poe Llamanzares, secured 3.5-percent voter preference. Meanwhile, the Solid North party list saw a 2-percent increase, largely due to its proposals to boost employment through tourism development in the Ilocos Region.
The survey conducted from March 12 to 15 had 2,400 respondents with a margin of error at a 95-percent confidence level.
