THE new year finds Isabela province with a new police chief, Col. Manuel Bringas, who received the reins of leadership from outgoing Col. Allen Bauding during a turnover ceremony on Monday. Jan. 5, presided by police regional director Brig. Gen. Antonio Marallag.
During the change of command, Bringas underscored his goal for a stronger and safer Isabela. “Together, let’s make Isabela a beacon of peace and prosperity, where every officer is empowered to serve with excellence, every community grows, and every citizen feels safe.”
Bauding extended his gratitude to the provincial police force, stakeholders, and the community for their support during his tenure. “I am honored to have served as your provincial director, and I am grateful for the trust and cooperation you have given me,” he said.
